They listened to all of my needs that I'd be using the laptop for, and even found a previous floor model that was almost half off but still met all of my needs. I was really happy with the purchase, but something seemed to fail with the laptop after a few weeks, so I went back in to return it and the manager approved a return even though it was a few days past their 15 day return window. Mario removed all the cobwebs and sprayed. He did a great job. Today for the month of November he came and he went through the same routine as the first time.
