“I can't express how helpful this place was for me when I was dealing with bed bugs last spring. I live in a Detroit apartment complex who contracted this service to exterminate the bed bugs in my apartment, and I am so grateful that they not only dealt with the problem swiftly and stopped them from spreading to other units, they also were so incredibly kind during the entire process. When you're dealing with a traumatic event like that, it means so much that the people who are helping you with the problem are friendly, calm, and most importantly, educational. I called this place multiple times asking questions about the next steps to take, and they always provided really helpful information over the phone. I'm moving out soon so I just wanted to thank the inspector who comes to Lafayette Towers in case I don't see him again—he was so helpful and kind when treating my apartment, which really put my mind at ease during a stressful time. “Had most items I needed, wide variety of items to choose from in the larger sizes but the more affordable size Laundry and household items are usually not on shelf, the shelves were bare in those things of the Brands most people need. Although the savings is still just as affordable in price comparison as Walmart. They had a new employee who checked me out, she was very friendly and not as unprofessional or rude as the other employee that I would sometimes get . She was friendly, seemed happy to have a customer that uses coupons although they were digital. Not seeming as if it was wrong to use them. It was pretty clean just have to manouver around carts that were needing stocked. They do walk around and tell you that you only have 10 minutes left or however many minutes, if I'm there near close tho. There was not as long of a wait time in line at that time tho , so I can get what I need and get right out. I would shop there again but if you're looking for regular size items, shop earlier in the week.”

“All I see in these reviews are "oh they have great stuff for women", "I spent way too much money", "my wife spends a lot of money here." They are an all inclusive store. My husband purchases a lot of their men's cologne in various different scents that are light and not too over powering. The hand soaps are great because they serve great functions of being moisturizing, smell good and antibacterial. The bar soaps also serve the same function. My daughter has a skin condition which usually ends up drying out her skin. These soaps don't dry out her skin as much and serve the moisturizing properties her skin needs. The perfume is also great. They have some great scents for holidays and seasonal. Recently they added their beard and face wash for men which I purchased for my husband. He loved it cleared his skin in less than a week. Wanted another bottle for stock but was shocked by the price. No problem there! Over time your points can earn you a free product so if you like a product but not the price wait for your points to add up. Got him a second bottle with points totally FREE! So I don't have to feel guilty spending $13.50 and we can use that money saved on a coffee date downtown!”

Since it's been a year, I can tell you that they are still reclining great and seats have maintained their shape. We went to countless furniture stores and this one was definitely the cheapest.
