I have had like most bad experiences over my life with contractors who did not live up to their promises or when a problem arose, their attitude was it is what it is. This is not the case here. I am a living example of this. I contracted with a Hardwood Designs for almost 3000 sq feet of flooring. Upon completion there was a problem and I contacted Brannon, the owner. This was the type of problem that other contractors would have argued about or not returned your calls. Brannon on the other hand came out and identified the problem and fixed it. This is a person of high morales who takes pride in what his company does and looks at it as a reflection upon himself. I have this magnificent floor that looks like a work of art and could not be happier.”

The 80’s golden oak look had to go and he had a huge variety of colors and styles to choose from. We wanted a lighter finish to brighten and open up the space, which it definitely did! He also cares enough to tell you to CALL him if you have any other issues. I also bought an inexpensive squier bullet strat from him, he modded it with a Seymour duncan. ..and believe it or not, it remains my FAVORITE guitar to play to this day. Jimmy had it set up FLAWLESS from the day I bought it, and I still can't believe how well it plays/holds tune compared to other axes I own at 10 times the price. It pays to buy an instrument from him, because he cares about what he sells, and is in it for the passion. Im fortunate to live close to his store, and would drive 100 miles even if I wasn't. :)”

“The Pottery Place is popular for good reason. You can meander through good quality art pieces in great variety just as you might take a leisurely stroll at a yard sale looking for treasure. But this yard is massive in comparison. Staff has been consistently excellent in service every time we have visited. It is not a discount shopping experience, but the price are not unreasonable.
