“This location has been undergoing a remodel for quite a while, and I think the chaotic part is complete?? That being said, they need to work on the in-store online order pick-up situation. Apparently, since the remodel, they no longer have all of the ready-to-pick-up orders back behind the customer service area anymore - some of them are all the way on the other side of the building, forcing the associate to walk across the entire store to pick them up. It took several minutes for her to get mine, which seemed like there could have been a better set-up.”

“This is the most modern, bright, well laid out dollar general I have ever been in. I hate going into these stores usually because you are bombarded with stuff and it is stressful going into the store, like pop ups on a web browser. But this one was refreshing and dare I say, enjoyable, to be in. Obviously this is a brand new store, so that's clearly contributing. I only hope they can keep up with it and keep it clean and nice. Anthony met with me and listened to my project ideas, quickly drew up plans to reflect them, and moved forward in a timely manner. They took great care to ensure the project was done to my liking, and went above and beyond to inform me of any issues they encountered along the way. As one example, Anthony uncovered a crack in the foundation after removing some flooring. It would have been so easy for him to simply replace the flooring without comment, but he showed me the crack and recommended a foundation inspection from an independent company for peace of mind. He also carefully inspected the rest of the home for evidence of foundation issues. You can’t put a price on that kind of honesty!
