“What a gem of a find we came across with this shop. The outside front is a bit deceiving as we thought it to be pretty small and that we'd be done in no time. How wrong we were!! The store is a lot longer than expected, there is a basement and a huge building next door all loaded with stuff just packed to the rim to look at. There is a lot so you need to take your time as not to miss the perfect find. Friendly owner, reasonably priced items, and some great deals too. We will be returning, hopefully with some friends too.”

He walked us through the importance of a correctly sized violin for a beginner, gave us many resources to get her started, and happily entertained all my daughters questions on his in progress cello's he was crafting. “Excellent customer service and support. I had a gas log set that was at least 20 years old and needed replacement. Hansen's website helped me to understand some of my options, but once I took measurements and sent my information to Hansen, I felt confident in making a purchase. Their sales team made it very easy to know that I was selecting the right product for my application. What I ordered was in stock and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately, two of the gas log pieces that I ordered were damaged during shipping when the box was dropped by the shipper. I sent Hansen Wholesale a photo of the box and the damage and they immediately set up a warranty claim. It took a few weeks for the replacement parts to come in due to supply chain issues, but the parts did appear when Hansen said they would. The final result looks outstanding in my fireplace and I can tell that the materials are of high quality. I expect to be enjoying this set for a long time. I'm glad that I was able to find Hansen Wholesale and will absolutely consider using them again for ceiling fans, lighting, etc.”
