“OK.... I don't leave many reviews, but.... Don and Heartland Table Pads are simply the best. Trust me... I'm a Pain in the *** for quality. I ordered 2 pads for my new Diamond. He made sure my "dining cover" arrived first to be sure I made Thanksgiving. The dimensions and quality are second to none. I also bought an everyday cover which is lighter and easier to take on and off for everyday use. (I use my table everyday) I was about to email him that my other pad was missing and noticed it was shipped and will arrive tomorrow with the storage bags I purchased. I had another cover from another company which had magnets keeping the sections together.... Forget it. The magnets pulled the metal plates out of the other panel making them useless. Ok for simple table pads, but not for billiard tables. Heartland uses Velcro which is perfect. Measurements are spot on, quality is the best and the production time is exactly as promised.”

The botanical shop has really lovely, well-balanced natural perfumes as well; it's in a totally different category than your run-of-the-mill essential oils, much closer to a Frederic Malle or Guerlain in terms of sophisticated compositions. We have been in a condo for the past 5 years and just built a house and have started to use Mapledale services again. “I've had some pictures developed here 3 times already. Did a good job every time. Tried to get them developed at Costco and they said they don't develop photos anymore, they quit developing photos over a yeat ago. Tried to go to CVS and they wanted to send it Arizona to get it developed. Didn't want to do that either. So I just went to Walmart. They've done a good job every other time I've needed to develop film. Not the one in Chino though. Only the one in Pomona. For some reason Chino's Walmart, photo center is never working. So I just go to Rio Rancho, Walmart in Pomona. I've come to this Walmart since I was a little girl.”

“Myparents purchased a loveseat and recliner less than a year ago. The recliner fabric is coming apart. Sewed the side where it was developing a hole. It is now developing a hole in the lower seat. Called and indicated displeasure with the poor quality of the recliner and was told someone would contact them. No one did. Wrote Webb Furniture an email indicating the chair should have still been under warranty as it was defective. No one responded to the email. Webb Furniture used to be a reputable company selling quality furniture. I have come to the conclusion they are now selling junk furniture and obviously don’t stand behind the products they sell nor believe in customer service. UPDATE: My parents were finally contacted by Webb Furniture representative. They agreed the recliner material was defective and offered to have it completely reupholstered or have them come back to the store and they would work with them. They chose to pick out another recliner as they would not even consider another Ashley made recliner. The company gave them a fair allowance towards the purchase of a higher caliber recliner of which they are completely happy with. Issue resolved.”
