We provided the fabric (it was something we really loved). Margaret was very responsive, super helpful using her knowledge and expertise to provided input on amount of fabric they'd need to complete the project. SO pleasant to work with (which we can't say for some of the other companies we contacted). We scheduled a time to have the chair seats picked, the team was punctual & pleasant. Our well pump died on Easter weekend, and we had no idea who to call, since most places were closed for the holiday. Thankfully, we were able to connect to someone right away when we called the Prairie Plumbing and Heating emergency line, where someone walked us through what to expect. They dispatched a technician that morning, and he was timely, extremely prepared and knowledgeable - able to answer all of our questions and identify the problem quickly.
