“I was apprehensive when I pulled into the parking lot. This is just a house off the main road. A small collection of rotting furniture out front gave me little hope for what was inside. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a huge store absolutely packed to the gills with furniture and china and various other antiques. To be honest it was quite overwhelming. Normally in antique stores, the furniture is empty. In this store every dresser and desk and armoire in the building is full of items. It was just stuff on top of stuff on top of stuff. It's vaguely hoarder house feeling. A lot of the pieces here are beatiful. True antiques in great condition. The only real issue is the store is packed so full I'm not sure how some of the pieces could conceivably be removed from the store without moving many other pieces of furniture out first. Overall a stop worth making.”

“I don't know if I qualify as an artist but I sure was struggling that sunday, when John helped me out. The day before I met John, I took my wife and my (4) kids on an outing. They had a blast. Kids jumping over straw bales, pie judging contest (free pie), apple bobbing, Jack Ford (a real artist - local musician) singing and playing his guitar. On our way back, the hood of my already beat up van slammed open and broke the windshield. I decided to fix it the next day (sunday), so I popped the guitar strings off of my daughter's classical guitar and headed to junk yard. It was a learning experience. The two strings I got almost got me through cutting the whole perimeter of glass when the last of the guitar string broke. I tried to pry the glass off, but it broke too. Here I was back where I started at 3pm on Sunday. I needed more guitar string. So I called and called till John answered to tell me his business hours were Mon- Friday. But he didn't hang up. So I asked if he was in the store and if he'd be willing to let me in if I got there within 30 minutes and he said yes! That saved my day, thanks John! Btw, they moved to 3800 lakeside ave.”

I asked how much it was gonna cost me and the guy said it was an easy fix so just come get it. I wish I would've brought it here first because our old tech wanted so much for the repair we ended up buying a new one instead and sitting this one on the shelf for 2 years. Happy to get it working again because the new ones just don't sound as good!”

When they tore out my kitchen cabinets and flooring they didn’t damage anything else in the process and they cleaned up so thoroughly when they were done. The whole process was as good as it could possibly get with Frank in charge. He treats you like he’s his only client. I absolutely love all of the renovations and I’m so grateful we went with All Weather. God forbid I ever have another issue with water damage (or anything else) I will call Frank without hesitation.
