My crystal wall sconce journey, lead me to working closely with the King's Chandelier team in customizing, designing, crafting, and installing the most spectacular crystal wall sconces I could have ever imagined. From my first conversation with Nancy, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief and comfort knowing that I was in good hands for this momentous task of coordinating 2 new crystal wall sconces with my client's existing antique dining room chandelier. After the wall sconces were created, my journey wasn't over...King's attention and concern for client satisfaction and pride of their artistry offered for a qualified chandelier installer(Tim) to come to our city and install these 50 pound wall sconces in my client's home! Tim and his team were amazing to work with and true assets to the successful completion of this journey. They arrived on time, well-equipped with 5 ladders and all the necessary tools. Not only did Tim install the 2 new wall sconces purchased from King's, but he also made repairs to my client's antique chandeliers, changed out all bulbs and candle covers, noted and added missing antique crystals, as well as cleaned all of the individual crystals on all the antique chandeliers. Thus, making my wall sconce journey from beginning to installation an amazing experience and a successful project! I look forward to working with King's again soon! “I had the pleasure of working with Elite Graphics on a unique project: I asked them if they would be able to vinyl wrap a wheelchair. Every member of the team was highly responsive, enthusiastic, and willing to work with me to find the exact right vinyl color I was looking for! Now the awful blue color from before has been covered with a gorgeous silver holographic vinyl. The team even went above and beyond when scheduling the installation so that I could limit the amount of time using my back-up chair. Michael was quick to respond to my emails - I was able to describe the job (installing granite counters), provided some hand-drawn diagrams, and was quickly returned a quote. His staff was prompt and courteous when they showed up to the house to take measurements. They showed up exactly when they said they would and took the measurements they needed. On the spot, he was able to commit to an installation date and time-frame. I was skeptical that it was only a week away but agreed to be available during that time slot. Sure enough, Michael's team showed up on time and installed the counters in a very quick and professional manner. They followed the instructions on what we needed done, proposed options for roofing materials in our very wind prone neighborhood, and gave us a roof we're quite confident will weather whatever mother nature can throw at it.
