He directed me to the correct location in the store and was not quite able to figure out what I needed. He then offered to go get the resident expert in that area, and they both returned back. The resident experts name was Elijah, and Elijah was able to point out exactly what I needed. Both of these people offered their help without me even asking. It is a significantly better and different experience than I normally experience when I go to Lowe’s. I will definitely be back.”

“If you want it done correctly the first time, call Buschur's Refrigeration. When our old heating system failed mid-winter in 2020, we waited over two weeks for another company to install a simple replacement, and then immediately started having massive troubles with it. Then we called Buschur's. We got an in-house consultation, an invoice, and an entirely new system installed within two weeks during the covid shutdown. Trent answered every question and tackled every challenge. Everyone from office to crew was professional, friendly, considerate of health, and helpful. Our HVAC is still going strong. We highly recommend the company.”

Every direction you turn there are so many things to look at! Everything is so beautiful and made locally. The prices are a bit higher but again, that's because everything is made individually and in high quality. I love this store and the woman who was working today is super friendly and will answer all your questions! I will be back.”
