When I went to get a few gallons, they quickly noticed the paint wasn’t coming out the same color as the sample and took the extra time to fix it right away. But we’ve been most impressed with the people. Our sales person (Charlie) answered our many questions and was patient all along the way. The support folks are wonderful. I've called their support line on numerous occasions (they’re here in the St. Louis area) and they provided clear responses to my questions. Just recently, the support folks went above and beyond my expectations by performing a site visit to replace a part that only a skilled technician (Greg) could make. This level of support is priceless! This is why we bought our brewers locally. And, why we will continue to buy from Newco.”
