“7/1/22 update: Yard Art came through and replaced all 12 of our chairs with comparable chairs. Thank you! Update 4/30/22: exact same problem happened with the new chairs. It’s actually worse this time. The material is disintegrating despite being told the problem with the construction of the chairs had been resolved. Do not buy outdoor furniture here. Update: after speaking with Brett, he stated that he would replace our chairs at no cost. He assured us the material used to make our chairs is no longer used. So hopefully the new chairs will last much longer. We purchased several thousand dollars worth of sling type patio furniture. We were told they were of high quality and would last many years. After just 2 years the material began to deteriorate. They are so bad, someone could literally fall through the chairs. After reaching out to use our warranty, we were told the warranty was only 1 year, which is not what we were initially told. They refused to repair our chairs. Beware of this place. They carry poor quality furniture and don’t stand behind their products and warranty. I’m just so furious that we now have 12 chairs that are ruined.”

“All of the Dollar General Stores I have been to have all become a generic setup. Over crowded aisles and a limited staff. However the staff are helpful and polite and the shelves were well stocked. I had a price error at the register and the lady was willing to look into it and correct it. Dollar General is a great place for fast and easy shopping trips. I give it 4 stars due to being over packed into a small space.”

In the very few cases where I have had an issue, they've immediately taken care of the problem within a matter of days (sometimes even the same day). I honestly can't say enough positive things about the company and the great work they have provided me. Make sure to ask for a service representative named Devon Cazee. He has to be one of the nicest guys I've talked to in a very long time. “Between July 2021 and April 2022, Kern construction designed a remodel plan of my AMI beach bungalow. The internal home remodel including adding a bathroom, laundry closet and TV wall recess. This required removal of original 1965 concrete block walls, replacing wood stud walls, and installing plumbing and electrical systems. Drywall flow & texture blending was crucial as we created an open floor plan including replacing the front entrance door/frame. Labor and materials availability was a challenge for Kern Construction but this was probably also unavoidable, during this 2020-2022 pandemic. GR”

Jason was very attentive to our project and scheduled each phase of our project as quickly as possible. Several times I was about to call him to see how things were moving along, and he texted me first. I have worked with several contractors over the years, and 3D Builders were the best I have worked with. They know what a punch list means to a customer, and they stick with the project until all of the items are completed. They expected payment as each phase of our construction was completed, but they completed each phase before they asked for payment. I was very pleased with my experience, and consider 3D builders to be new friends.”

The team did this plus a to the stud removal and installation of new, exactly on budget under 3 weeks as planned.
