They replaced four windows and a sliding glass door in our condo. The existing windows were 50 years old and some had mud and water damage to the frames. They were able to remove those old windows and ensure the window frames were properly insulated. They installed the new windows very quickly and arrived on time. Ivan and Kevin were very personable and easy to talk to. I have 3 cats and they always made sure to close the doors behind them so my cats wouldn’t get out. Their workmanship is high quality and they have a great attention to detail. They left my place clean after they left which is always appreciated. “I went to the home show at West World and saw the Murphy Cabinet bed from Beds Direct in Mesa. After the full demonstration of easy opening and closing and comfortable mattress, I was sold. Nevertheless, I walked around and saw another company with a similar type bed but you could literally see from a distance the lack of quality. I returned to the Beds Direct booth and spoke with the owner Darrell. On the Monday after the show I went to the store to decide on the exact style and color I wanted. I bought the Deluxe Series exactly like the one at the show, and Darrell was a delight to work with. I received my cabinet bed today and it’s perfect. They demonstrated again how to easily open and close it and made sure everything was in working order. They took all the wrapping with them. It looks great in the guest room and now I have more space! It is a wonderful investment. I highly recommend the bed and the wonderful customer service I received.”
