Even though it was Christmas Eve the employees were fantastic and happy to help me locate the discounted items, such as tree trimming, other decorations and variety of food and clothing items. This was the best store I went shopping where you were able to shop without feeling like you had imposed on them. Some other locations near by (remain nameless) had a "chip on their shoulder", and "scrooge" personalities, poor review, but I gave them a smile and wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. “I was looking for a specific plywood to make shelving for a home renovation and emailed this shop with a question regarding the appearance of their hickory veneer sheets. I didn't want to drive 2.5 hours just to look at it. I emailed them with an inquiry and they responded swiftly the next time they were open with photos of a couple different sheets and an offer to set aside the specific sheets photographed if I liked them and wanted to make sure they were still there. They didn't end up fitting my project unfortunately, but that level of customer service is fantastic and it was far superior to other shops that couldn't get me any information about what the sheets would look like and I'd have to purchase sight-unseen. Next time I'm looking for specialty plywood this will be my first resource! They were so awesome I wanted to leave a review just to praise that interaction, because such help is becoming harder to find these days.”

Charles knows his local pests and the best ways to control them - not just what kinds of pesticides to use - ways to mitigate the critters getting in! When we moved to East Cobb from Florida in 2015 - we had many - many - palmetto bugs invading from outside. Charles took some immediate action to control the critters and let us know what to do to prevent their incursion. It worked!
