The Flooring Center team came out to measure and provided a prompt and fair estimate. I had considered using a general contractor to coordinate the multiple projects going on, but the Flooring Center came in cheaper than the contractor estimates I received and I trusted them because they had installed carpet in our bedrooms a few years ago. When it came time for the installation, the crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. I’d be happy to work with them on any future project.”

“Had an employee come to look at the job to provide a bid. He said he would provide the bid the next day since it was a simple job. (12 1/2 foot loft railing) He never provided the bid. It’s sad when you try to use local folks but the just let you down. Update: I had a returned call and the gentleman apologized numerous times for the company not getting back with me. It even offered a discount. It was nice he tried to make it right.”

If you want a real mattress, not something that comes rolled up in a box, delivered to your door oh so conveniently, costs a fortune and hurts your back after a year, then say goodbye to gimmicky online retailers and look no further than the original mattress factory. They’ve been making mattresses the same way for years, have mastered their craft, and charge much more reasonable prices than their competitors. My wife and I needed a mattress fast when we moved, and while I believe they do deliver, we went straight to the store and drove home with our new mattress and bespoke box spring that day. Mr. Andre at the Garner branch was so helpful, exactly the type of gentleman you’d want to buy a mattress from, straightforward, friendly, and genuinely helpful. “First off, let me state this review is long overdue. I came to this store on Christmas eve 2021. My Wife is a talented cook and I wanted to get her the very best which she deserves. I walked inside and was blown away. The store was beautifully laid out with all these different types of pots, pans, utensils, cups, etc. All the colors hit you like a ton of bricks. The organization is breathtaking. The other employees and customers seemed happy. Its definitely an upbeat atmosphere. I am a big watch guy and my best explanation would be walking into a Rolex (rolex is the best) store; with all the models laid out. I didn't know where to begin but I knew I wanted to get my love a nice set. A sweet man named Steve walked up to me and asked if I needed any help. I explained my situation and started to choose various items. With every item I chose, Steve would open the box to dust off the item and reinforce the product in the box. He did this with careful precision and class. The word panache was created for this man. He walked with me and helped me choose different items for about 90 minutes. I blew an obscene amount of money but got a great discount since I was at an outlet. It was raining hard this day and I am handicapped. There was 9 canvas bags of high end cookware equipment. I asked Steve if he could help me and let him know I was parked on the other side far away. He explained that the back door would lead me to my car and he would personally help me load my vehicle. You just don't get this type of 1950s customer service anymore. To top it off I received my customer service from a man who should teach it for a living. This was one of the best shopping experiences of my life. I have since gone back and took my Wife to get her a few more things. Luckily Steve was there and helped us again. Come and visit this store, you will not be disappointed.”
