Tom is such a straight shooter, so upfront and honest, it's refreshing. He's also very pragmatic, for example when we discovered that the bulbs I bought for the light fixture were too bright, he simply offered to install a dimmer switch. That is one small example of how he smoothly deals with hiccups along the way, it's so seamless and effortless with him. When the time comes to redo the upstairs bathroom, I know who I'm calling!
