It is on the most amazing floor person MARY, my sister and I was looking for a white tulip chair the website said that you had 2 however we could not find them we ask a girl on the floor and she was like no we don’t have it. We finally found where they where supposed to be and there was none I pulled up the stores website again still said there was 2. There was a girl stocking merchandise, I stopped and ask her for help. She was amazing stopped what she was doing pulled it up on her phone and found 1 in the back went and got it brought it to us, she realized we was still shopping and got our name and took it to the front . She did all this smiling and was so sweet she is a great employee take care of her cause she is working hard to take care of you.”

When they did come they came on-time (even early if I was ready), were extremely helpful in explaining exactly what they would be doing, why they would be doing it, and what we could expect to see over the coming days. Kyle was awesome at explaining the different materials being used for treatment and just how safe these were. While taking care of the ants Kyle gave some other pointers to keep other critters away and was incredibly kind and polite. I hired TKO because of the outstanding reviews and couldn't have been more pleased. Lastly, great value - worth every penny and I'll definitely be using TKO if I ever need them again someday!”

Every night my husband and I go to bed feels like we're climbing into a luxury hotel bed. We now refer to our bed as, the cloud! “Friendly staff. Wide variety of items. Must have been stocking day because there's was product carts in every aisle and it made it hard to maneuver. Had to skip aisles or go around to another aisle and come the other direction. It was a relax day for me so I didn't mind, but if I was in hurry it would have been annoying. I recommend the store invest in a storage container if they don't have room in the back for overstock or pre-shelving products. Bring product out one aisle at a time for customer convenience.”
