“Koeper Construction did an amazing job for us on a living room wall demo & rebuild, as we were in a tight spot. Recently we had to get all new windows installed and during the installation process we ran into significant dry rot problems, that were covered behind the siding. Koeper Construction was a strong referral to me and they delivered 100%. They were able to take on my job in short notice, demo a large cathedral ceiling wall and rebuild it to the exact same measurements (as I already had new windows cut to size), along with properly flashing the windows to eliminate this problem from occurring again. Their timing was immaculate as they delivered on everything we discussed up front; their quality of work, craftsmanship, pricing, professionalism and most important their dependability when I needed them most, was all superb. I will recommend Koeper Construction 100% to anyone and I look forward to a future project with them. They are a first class operation and I am very happy I chose them to do the work!”

“We continue to have work performed by this Company. We scheduled to replace wooden soffets that were peeling below two of our bay windows. Nicole was GREAT in helping to get this work scheduled for us, despite one of their technicians having medical issues and therefore was unable to handle the job. Nicole worked diligently to reschedule the work and employed two other individuals who performed the job in a highly professional, satisfactory manner. The technician, Steve, arrived promptly to perform the work on our garage doors. He was very friendly and professional. He did excellent work, and the garage door is operating very smoothly, much better than ever before. And he cleaned up after his work. We are thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend them for future work. We recently called to arrange for repairs on a garage door. The individual that I spoke with, Nicole, was very friendly and professional. After explaining the work that we would need done, she indicated she would talk to one of the experts and get back to me promptly with the cost of the work. I received a call back the same day with the price and immediately scheduled the work to be done. While the work is scheduled for the future, and I will update this review after the work is completed, I am writing this review to reflect how satisfied I was with speaking to Nicole.”

“I purchased a mattress and box spring from this company about 2 months ago. I haven’t had any issues. The only thing I will say… (as a suggestion) because it may have been harmless questions… but when I went to buy the matress and box spring they lady was very helpful and detailed about the prices and quality of the mattresses but when she asked me how would I like to pay and I told her I just wanted to pay straight out, she started asking questions like “where did you get the money from” and “where do you work” and “who do you bank with”. I just don’t see how any of those questions have any relevancy to me purchasing a mattress and box spring. Maybe it was harmless but it definitely gave me the vibe that she was surprised I could afford it. It was only $700”
