“Joel at Floors Direct did a fantastic job for me and my family and at a reasonable price. Floors Direct is not the cheapest, but their end product isn't "cheap" either. They put in tile and hardwood in my previous home and then tile, laminate and carpet in my new home. Ask for Chris to handle your tile or laminate work as he is one of rare flooring guys who actually cares about how his end product looks as much as you do. Chris would fix most issues before I even pointed them out and when I did identify any issues he fixed them without complaint or making me feel like I was criminal for asking. I had Chris and his crew at my house for several weeks and I could completely trust them to work without me home and still treat my home and belongings appropriately and to act appropriately around my wife and children.”

There where many instances where I didn’t know what to do or which direction to go, due to the home being so dated. Janik managed to resolve all of my issues in a timely manner and came up with some very good ideas both in design and construction innovations. He also custom crafted gorgeous metal doors for the patio that fit perfectly in the space. I would have had no idea how to make it happen without his expertise. “Very much a "mom and pop" hardware store, super sweet people that are very knowledgeable and helpful, their prices are extremely competitive and much lower than the big chain stores, they always have just about everything you could want and need but if they don't have it then they are willing to either order it for you or try to find it at another location even if it's not one of their own stores. They're literally almost like family and they always do their best to get you what you need and make sure you're not buying something you don't. And they make sure that you don't leave the store without knowing whether you have to get anything else to do the job or project correctly because there's nothing more annoying than going all the way home just to realize that you have to go back because you don't have all the supplies or equipment/tools to do it right so they try to prevent you from the frustration”
