He didn't have it in stock, but took less than 2 weeks total for the order and installation. The installer, Mark, did a professional job. He said he's been installing carpet for 26 years! The only option at that store would have created a cheap looking finish using a machine. Ahmed Zamzam from Hagopian hand cut and sewed the edges so that it closely resembled the original. He restarted the process three different times to achieve the excellent results that I have. I was so pleased to be able to keep the rug I really liked at the size I needed all at a reasonable price. I will continue to use the excellent services of Hagopian.”

He had better suggestions & knew exact placement, etc. So far, Jeff's crew installed an outdoor patio TV & several solar security cameras. He even put a few cameras up so I could see the sunrise, sunset & flat roof top to monitor what's up there or any damage after a storm. His crew was efficient, friendly & left everything clean. Jacob was patient with me and my husband since it took us several visits to finally select the flooring we liked that would work in all the areas.
