Yankee Candle

What a treat. I was assisted by Christopher. His attitude and energy were infectious. His knowledge of the products was unparalleled. Even though I monopolized at least a half hour of his time, he still graciously greeted and hosted anyone coming in.. superior products,, frequent promotions,, outstanding service!

Visited Yankee Candle @ Crossgates during the week to buy room spray and couldn't decide which scent to choose from the great selections.

Toni came over to assist, she offered to bring over some candles for me to smell rather than spray the cans.

She was very helpful and patient with a beautiful smile that shined through her mask.

Love the Mango Ice Cream spray and will definitely go back and buy other ones 😀

After placing a personalized large order (over $1k) on-line for a upcoming meeting I have. Yankee Candle inexplicably canceled the order without contacting me.

Desperate to find an alternative. I called the local store to see if they at least had the candles In stock so that I could at least do my own personalization on.

However when I called the store, not only did they have the candles in stock, they were also able to to do the personalization and did it in a day. They even gave me the same discount I got on-line.

A huge shout out to Chloe who helped me with the process (and stayed late to make sure the order was ready)The GM Ada who made it all happen and Jacob who helped me carry 50 large candles out to my car.

I only wish I could have given the team a tip (which is against company policy)

They all came through in a pinch and that’s truly going above and beyond.

I come here every few months and every time I see Asiah I always have the best experience. She is so helpful and patient with selecting scents and personalizations. Such a great person, the world needs more people like her!!

I went in there to get some candles for my new apartment and was helped out by A’Siah and she was amazing. She helped me find everything I was looking for and even suggested a few scents. She was also very friendly and funny, I’ll definitely be back!
