It was the third upholstery company that I reached out to, the previous 2 turning me down saying it wasn’t possible to be done. Adam was extremely helpful, and asked me to send him photos before he confirmed that he could accomplish what I was requesting. I wasn’t sure this was something that could even be done based on my conversations with other companies. Turnaround time was 4 weeks, which I thought was quick! The piece fits perfectly. I cannot even tell that it was cut down/not original. I’m super pleased with the service, and would certainly recommend this company for upholstery needs.”

“This is my first visit to this company and Kelli was a great help in getting what I needed. I ended up purchasing the last bag of something I needed and while it was being carried out it was noticed that the contents were running out of the bag. It appeared that about 1/3 of the contents was lost, so I went back inside to let Kelli know what had happened and she ended up giving me credit for that bag. The next day I decided that I wanted to exchange one of the items I purchased so I called and talked with Kelli again and she said it would not be a problem to do. I made the exchange and I was able to get my job completed. Having someone like Kelli is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. She was willing to work with me on many things which made my experience enjoyable. “On Tuesday June 28th I called here in a panic to have balloons sent to my moms work. She was retiring that Friday after working 50 years! Milestone that deserves celebrating. After being let down from another balloon shop I gave this one a try based on a recommendation from a local friend. I do not reside in the area or state any longer so it was difficult trying to set up fun things for my mom not knowing the businesses any longer and with COVID so many places were out of business. As I’m panic talking to the amazing and lovely woman she told me don’t worry I can do something for today, asked me for a few details and said don’t worry we will deliver when your mom gets there. It will all be fine! She took my info and payment via phone and at 1:20 I get a call from my mom laughing and crying that she received the balloons. She received so many wonderful compliments on them I couldn’t wait to get there Friday as I surprised her. When I got there I now know what everyone saw. They were beyond any expectation I had for a few hours notice. Thank you so much for helping make my moms last week at work special! I highly recommend this business!”
