“Thank you all for doing such a great job!! I have utilized Patterson to service my A/C units for several years now. It is obvious why they have been in business for so many years. They are honest and are really good at what they do... Recently, I had an issue with one of my units, naturally in the middle of the summer. Patterson was my first call for some assistance. As always, they were prompt, courteous, and sent a very knowledgeable technician out to diagnose my problem. They ascertained that the unit was able to be repaired, however due to the age of the system, it made more sense for me to replace the whole unit. Understanding that would be a costly endeavor, they provided me with a temporary fix and encouraged me to research and look around at all of my options. They also helped me understand what made the most sense and didn't try to upsell or push anything that was not needed for my predicament. They asked about likes and dislikes of the old system and deduced that an additional vent should be placed in one of our bedrooms. Naturally, this also made a dramatic difference that I am convinced others probably wouldn't have even asked about. The team that replaced my unit were also top notch individuals! “I took my D'Angelico guitar to Kevin to get it set up as the action was way too high making it not so fun to play anymore. Kevin is very detailed and thorough, explaining the entire process. He did a fantastic job lowering the action and adjusting the truss rod to make the guitar 100% more playable. It sounds beautiful and I really enjoy playing it again now. After talking with Kevin, he is very knowledgeable about acoustic guitars and how to truly customize a guitar built for the individual. Being a hardwood person myself, I enjoyed hearing his extensive knowledge on the sound characteristics of each wood type. “We have always purchased our appliances from Home Depot or Best Buy. We went through Home Appliance for our new home as they were the preferred vendor for our builder, Petros, and the experience was world's apart from what we would have gotten at a big box retailer. Lenny, the sales associate we worked with, may be the most knowledgeable and helpful rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with, on any purchase, ever. His expertise on appliances should qualify him for a PhD - he had detailed information on each brand, appliance type, and model that we had questions about. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and helped us finalize our choices in one visit. He went above and beyond to make sure the appliances would be available for install and that we would qualify for any rebates. He responded quickly to emails/voicemails, and was always super friendly and energetic. I cannot say enough good things about him. When our appliances were finally installed, we did have a few issues. We reported these to HA's service department, and someone reached out to us immediately and we had technicians scheduled to come out right away. The techs were courteous of our home and quickly fixed all issues. Its a great feeling knowing we have a competent team to turn to should things pop up again. We feel so fortunate to have worked with Lenny and the rest of the Home Appliance team. Please consider them first over the likes of Best Buy and HD as you will get a much better experience at likely the same price or better. Thank you Home Appliance for everything! :)”

“Wandered around everywhere with girlfriend. My 1 st time & I was exhausted after 3 or so hours. Found so many interesting things as well as collector items that is who ever is collecting at present! Enjoyed down stairs as well as up. Amazing Very personable staff. So kind & helpful.They carried stuff to front desk when needed & smiling while so. Also carried stuff upstairs for us to desk. I even found an old turkey platter like the one I had growing up. Several things took me back to my childhood & what memories! Then when checked out they packaged & carried it out to car for us. While reluctant to do this, at the end of the day even a sneaky, cunning, dishonest and smelly animal deserves a good home and access to it.
