“Eric at ECS Video Systems really saved the day for my team. A VIP speaker made a last minute request for a Presidential Teleprompter for the biggest event of our Foundation's year- and there were none available in Maine or NH. That forced us to search for help in the Boston area. I got a recommendation to call ECS about a teleprompter rental and I am so glad I did. Eric returned my phone call within minutes AND shot me a text- which was helpful so that I could have some peace of mind quickly. He basically said- "I'm on it" and he meant it! Just days later, he made the trip to Portland, ME to set up and staff the teleprompter at our big donor and alumni event. Eric arrived on time, was fast and efficient, extremely helpful and most importantly- he didn't need me to caretake him (thank you!). He also did a great job making our speakers feel comfortable with the teleprompter. Long story short: Our event was amazing. We had over 400 people attend our event and the feedback we got was that it was the best event our organization has ever done. Our co-hosts hit the ball out of the park with their program remarks because of the ease of use of the teleprompter. He maticulously pushed me to learn every piece to perfection, all the while helping me understand why every aspect of playing was important. I started leaning cello at alot later than kids usually start (age 15) and Feliks really helped foster my talents and propel me forward. I just had my first experience selling used instruments to them, and it was also a great experience. They offered me a fair amount for 2 gently used basses and gave me plenty of payback options (check, store credit, trade-in). Ivan is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable of the products he sells, and provides stellar customer service. Although, we purchased from him online, he made us feel comfortable about our purchase. He overnighted us swatches, so that we could feel the texture of the leather we were purchasing and pick a color that would complement our home. Ivan, also gave us great incentives that met our budget and ultimately motivated us to move forward with our furniture purchase. He estimated that we would receive our furniture sometime in December due to supply chain issues, but to our surprise, we received it on 10/17/2022 and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. “We unfortunately found out in December that we had a water leak under the kitchen sink from a crack in the tee connector. After checking in with our insurance guy, we heard about this company and they came highly recommended. Service Master sent out a water remediation technician right away, who found out there were signs of mold along with the damage. They quickly sealed off the kitchen and did what was needed to dry the area to stop mold from growing. After a few days they removed their equipment and started removing the areas damaged from the water, which included the flooring, cabinet fronts, and baseboards. They did however wait to take out the rest of the cabinets and counters until after the holidays so that we could have an easier time entertaining guests, by our request. After the holidays, they came out quickly to remove the rest of the lower cabinets and counter tops, and the drywall that had been damaged. They started repairs quickly, working closely with our insurance to make sure that insurance covered their parts of our reconstruction. They also worked closely with us to make a few home improvements, including upgrading all of our cabinets, counters, and flooring, and flooring the rest of our main level at the same time, We did have some outside issues that caused delays, problems with insurance and the postal service, but Service Master was very patient during those delays and worked with us to keep things moving forward. They were also very patient with us when we changed our minds several times, and they went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted. Now that everything is completed, our main level looks like a whole new house and we could not be happier with the quality of the work, and how everything turned out! The office staff, project manager, subcontractor, and workers were all friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond for us to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend this company for any home repair or improvement needs anyone has.”

“I do my best to go to locally owned businesses and I have known about this HIDDEN GEM on North bound Telegraph just north of Ann Arbor Trail in Dearborn Heights since the late 90's (just south of the DQ). If you have any issues with any appliances and need a part or need to buy a quick used stove or washer, YOU WANT TO GO HERE. You can't beat prices or the service. If you buy a part there you get a year warranty (nothing from Amazon) and they replaced my part no questions asked and no charge at all. I also really enjoy looking at vintage appliances and wow do they have a Philco Stove (not for sale) that is beautiful! Also if you buy a used appliance you get a 3 month warranty. I will always come back here and tell anyone I know about it! Great friendly, informative and patient employees also. They close at 6 and of course I ran in at 5:45 and he had no problem staying to answer questions for me!!!!! I was home and doing laundry but the end of the night, should I really say thanks for that part though???? 😂🤣🤗 THANKS HONESTLY!!”
