“I was beginning to think that Alex was part squirrel. It was amazing how he figured out where those squirrels were living and how they were getting inside our house. How did he even do that? He found the smallest little crack in a board, and was able to figure out that they were lifting that piece of board to get into the walls of our home. He put some kind of cool funnel looking trap over that whole so the squirrels could get out but could not get back in. the craziest thing was that it worked. in about two days the squirrels were out of the house and couldn't get back in. Alex showed up about three days later to help take down the funnel and helped me fix where they were getting in. That was really above and beyond the call of duty.”

“After proofing the house following a very heavy mouse infestation, we have not found a single mouse (fingers crossed!). To clarify an earlier review, they explained that the proofing, which had been done so effectively, prevented the mice already in the house from escaping back out. Once that mouse was killed (we knocked it with a box) and every hole double checked for a resealing - there were no more. Really great company (our house is huge and old, so this was not an easy job) and fantastic customer service.”

My contractor had questions on the assembly of the shower value, so we went over to the showroom. Peter and one other gentleman spent time while the three of them figured out out how it all went together. It wasn't easy since the drawings were not very clear but they spent the time and were very nice about it. They have also been great about answering questions, following up on orders and dealing with the inevitable supply chain issues from COVID. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

I was able to use my wood insert for most of the heating season and the rebuild had me down for only a limited amount of time. They guys were friendly, and very knowledgeable tradesmen.
