“My overall experience at this office was wonderful! although it was very VERY hard to get through the call center to schedule an appointment! I had to call many times and i would never get through so i decided to stop in instead the girl at the front was very nice and scheduled it for me, she was also very helpful providing me with info i needed to know over what our insurance would pay. I was able to get my son in to see the dentist and her assistant who did a great job with his fillings! The hygienist was also great, she is however in high demand which meant we had to wait a little bit longer to get in to see her. Will be going back for all my future dental needs!”

“My labs where low so I had to go into the E.R waited for 7 hours before I got in the back and still had to wait 2 hours just for pain relief after getting out the waiting room.... Once they finally got me situated, I was very well taken care of. Tho, the wait was long this place had a great staff, great nurses, and great doctors. “The UPMC Outpatient Center located on Rte 8 at Mt. Royal Blvd is an easy place to locate & to drive to. It's a Very CLEAN & BRIGHTLY Lit Building on the inside, but it needs a few more lights on the outside. The 1st Floor Vestibule has several Kiosks that I saw no one was using, but there is a HUGELY Lit Directory that ALL Visitors can see & read. Every Floor, Along w/ the Dr's Names are listed along w/ Their Office Number. This UMPC Outpatient Center Building is a Very Impressive sight & it looks like that it's going to be a very BUSY location for a long time, OR, until UPMC decides to build another Professional Building & RELOCATE other Dr's & Employees to a NEW building site.”

“I went today to have a scope. A very normal procedure for most, however I have been through a lot of bad experiences. Which over the years has given me major anxiety at any medical facility. I have medicine for situations like this but because it was a scope I could not take it. Every second that went by I felt myself about to freak out and leave. First Mrs. Bernie, calmed me down in the best way! Not a lot of people know how to deal with someone having a panic attack , but she did! I am so grateful to her for that! When I got to the back Michelle took care of me with nothing but kindness. The Dr. and his staff in the room were great, but when I woke up there was another girl that I didn’t get her name she was just as kind with me. Let me say this the reason I am writing this is because it may be a usual thing for your staff , but I don’t receive treatment like that. I am usually treated the complete opposite. With that being said you all deserve a very big Thankyou! Meant the world to me!”
