“A great PLACE! I stayed at hopeway in Charlotte for about 43 days longest my insurance would let me stay and it saved my life and help me so much at the time. The NURSES were wonderful won’t names since they all were. The facility and campus and brand new feel like and beautiful landscaping. You have your own private room and bath. Even with covid we made and tried to make it more interesting. Im from wilmington and my dr was Dr peck and my therapist was Corey. I am so thankful for all the staff so supportive, smiling, Helping and happy to be there. The food was amazing also and then there is a snack bar 3 Times a days. Full size basketball gym. Got a smaller gym to work out not to bad. Nice little trail. Bobby at horticulture is amazing Art is amazing. Thank to all at Hopeway for helping me get the help I needed back in May-June 2020. “My wife had her gallbladder removed by Dr Nick Nicholson at this place (Highly recommend the man for any surgery you need... he is one of the few remaining Dr's that actually cares about the wellness of his patients). There was a scheduling issue between the doctor's office and the surgical center (the appointment was made after the facility was closed on a Friday and we got there on Monday morning). They were able to do the surgery anyway, and there was minimal waiting. I think the surgery only lasted about an hour, and we were soon in the recovery room. While I don't recommend having issues with your gallbladder, I can recommend these guys for your surgical needs. The nurses and other staff were friendly and professional. The facility was clean.”

“First off, get over the fact that you were committed against your will. You probably needed it. I politely interacted with the staff, and I ALWAYS got what I needed. When someone threatened me, and I felt unsafe, they handled it ASAP. The food was decent, though sometimes too carb-heavy for me as a diabetic. The facility is clean.My doctor and social worker were nice. I finally got the right diagnosis and meds.Your stay is a period to DECOMPRESS. Be grateful for it. Shout out to Miss Sam the Nurse and Volleyball Sam from Eastern Michigan U!!!”
