“This is a great place for all the reasons others have listed, but could someone who can, please remove this business from showing up on Google when people search for an emergency room? I have talked with multiple people who have come rushing up to this building looking for an emergency room, since this location is the first one that comes up if you search and you're near here. People potentially in serious need are wasting valuable time coming to the wrong location. I was just there and had a woman drive up and ask where the emergency room entrance was and I had to try to help her get directions to a real emergency room. It's nobody's fault that it is coming up on that search, but if someone can do something about it, it would be great.”

Chris insisted that I use a wheelchair rather than walk to my car when my test were completed and gave me her phone number to call for a wheelchair when I returned for the second part of my testing. “My father was a patient here for about 17 days after a fall. He can not speak highly enough of the staff here! He said they are all excellent and so caring. His therapists, Jacob, Kelly and Jenn were great! He said the nursing staff were all wonderful, he especially liked Angela and Shirley. Alisa, in charge of "activities" was very good. Jeanette, the social worker went out of her way to help us out as needed. The facility is very nice, even though we could not go in due to Covid. My father talked very highly of the food also! Said it did not taste like "hospital" food at all! I highly recommend the Center at the Waterfront!!”

Last visit was only for an INR, but support staff for Doctors is still GREAT! Always cheerful and gracious, (goes a LONG way) continue to enjoy going here. Something entertaining on big screen in lobby would be nice? Maybe a comedy or other neutral offering?”

“Everything went better than expected. Friendly and thorough. An altogether pleasant experience all things considered. A trip to the Doctor's is never the greatest thing that one would want to do but, that aside. this was a good trip. There was ample parking in the parking lot, easy access to the office, Social distancing was practiced and masks were worn by all. The staff was friendly and polite and more then helpful. An enjoyable experience as much as a Doctor's visit can be considered enjoyable.”
