I have disable sister who needs a lot of Dr attention and check ups. I took an appointment for her at 3:10 i was late 6 minutes only !! 6 minutes the receptionist tells me that i have to wait for pt’s who will not show up to their appointment and take their spots.. Really?! 6 minutes?! Then when i wait for you guys to see us what’s that i have to wait 30 minutes for the dr every time that i get seen here! I am here to get her immunization update that they have to follow up with us regarding this not me running after them to update it. That’s ridicules. Changing PCP never coming back here again.”

“Had to have a hernia repaired and it was done here. You can tell the nurses and anesthesiologist genuinely care about you. They were excellent and took top notch care of me. I was really nervous so one of the nurses even held my hand until the anesthia took effect. I've had other surgeries done at various hospitals and once in a different outpatient but this was by far the best. The fact that they care about their patients instantly helps with going through the surgery and recovering. Thank you to everyone there for doing what you do and doing it well :)”
