“I was ill and decided to give the Cleveland Clinic a try in Wellington as a walk in. Since I had been seen by other doctors at the West Palm Beach Office, I was able to be seen late in the afternoon by Dr. Spatola. The reception I received when I arrived was wonderful. She scheduled an appointment and walked me through the kiosk. I was brought back to a room rather quickly, vitals were taken and was told the doctor would see me as soon as possible. Dr. Spatola came in and we discussed what was going on. His bedside manner is terrific, very calming and knowledgeable. He determined what was going on right away and prescribed medication. He was very caring and thoughtful, I am definately going to be switching to Dr. Spatola as my Primary Care Physician. Thank you Cleveland Clinic for opening in Wellington!”

“My husband was here for 25 days, I can say that it was very pleasant. From arrival until his Independence Day ( release day) it was great, everyone was attentive and professional. I especially am thankful to Mario and Meagan, they were so patient with him and made it possible for his progress. John,Andres and Sam were so helpful in his recovery as well. They taught me so much. The whole staff is wonderful. From the front desk,nurses,nurse's aide,food service and maintenance. Facility was always clean, food services were always nice. Can't leave out the doctors, head staff and case workers,always showing concern for the patients. Than you all so much. This rehabilitation center left a wonderful impression on my husband and I.”

“Kaiser Pinole has great free parking. No long lines if you get there early. However, it irritates the hell out of me when your injection clinic is supposed to open at 8:30 and it's 8:40 and no patients have been called, but there's a lot of giggling and chatter behind the door. Please be respectful of patient's schedules and time. It's 8:54 and only 1 patient has been seen for a shot. Are you kidding me?”

“Margo is the Nurse Practitioner here and I absolutely love her !!! All the doctors are very thorough and take their time to find out what your problem might be . They listen well and I never have felt rushed . The only negetive I have is that the nurses and front desk person needs to be friendlier and learn better Customer Service . All in all though I love this office and I am able to usually get in the same day or very fast .”
