“My mother was a patient at RML for 5 months. As time went by, staff really feel like part of the family. It’s so comforting knowing I can leave for the night and know she is well cared for. We were so used the care at an ICU with one on one attention. It’s different here but that means she getting better and didn’t need that care. At 815 pm I was seen two minutes after being admitted. I received excellent care. The staff was friendly and compassionate. My emergency experience was relatively pain free.
