“On Wednesday the 11 Jan 2017 at about 5 .45, I was experiencing server chest pains & obviously I was very concerned. I first went to boots pharmacy.who were very kind but suggested I visit Valley view health centre as according to them I didn't look to well. I walked into the valley view centre & was immediately attended to, by first the very kind ladies on reception who immediately called Dr Janice Vernazza who took me with the help of the ladies on reception to her office I was given an ECG & medication. She called for a ambulance which arrived within 15 min.. I can only but praise everybody at valley view including the ambulance service. I could not have been looked after any better. As you can imagine it was concerned but was treated with great kindness & respect..if there was 6 stars they would most certainly have achieved that.. Thank you so much.. Kind regards. From the receptionists to the housekeepers from the waitresses to the porters I was overwhelmed with the care. My Consultant Mr Stephen Warren was caring and understanding and the nurses and healthcare assistants couldn't do enough for me. During these sessions I learned about how the back works and how to make it stronger. I also received treatment at the centre and It really helped me. I'm now stronger and on the way to full fitness. “I mostly need to be seen by specialists, but whenever I need anything (refills to referrals) I've ALWAYS received great, quick and courteous service from the front desk and referral department employees... My insurance company won't pay for me to see the NP that I was happy with and requires I see a "doctor" at this office... Unfortunately, the female Dr has made me feel almost guilty, as though I'm faking/exaggerating my symptoms I've been experiencing since my 2nd stroke... Thankfully, I mostly just need to be seen for hospital discharge follow ups, otherwise I'd choose to be treated by other drs within the practice instead... I want the rest of the staff to know I appreciate all the help and support given me in dealing with insurance company requirements”

“I made an urgent appointment through dialing 111 in the early hours of the morning and arrived to find myself the only patient in a brand new hospital. I was greeted by a doctor and seen immediately; earlier than my appointment time. The doctor and receptionist I saw were friendly, courteous and professional. I was diagnosed and given medication for tonsillitis and left the hospital feeling very happy and relieved. What a pleasant experience even though it was 5 in the morning. Thank you so much.”
