“I was very pleased. They took great care of my lab, she usually is so very nervous at the vet but she seemed to be at easy in True Care Vet. They needed to perform a few tests and then we had to return for X-rays. The doctors and techs worked very well together and explained the situation to my entire family. They are very high tech and use it all easily. Bella did very well with her treatments and is almost back to normal.”

“This place was more than I expected. I work in a docs office so I knew the girls a bit anyway. After my diagnosis they got me right in. Caring as can be. The nurses get you right in for your blood work. Always in a good laughing mood. I saw Dr Greenberg and he was so into my kind of cancer from researching the latest before I even got there. Mine really has no treatment at my stage which is kind of ugly. He'd already contacted a colleague to inquire about ongoing trials and I was basically in on a newly abandoned slot! It's complete now and I'm so glad to have had the opportunity. Him and I agree that I'll never look back and say that I didn't do everything I could. He completely understands each concern I have even though we approach everything positively. In fact, all my patients love all these docs. I've never had a complaint and we get a lot of patients referred from them. I happen to like Dr. G because he's more my age (I'm 40). Great place.”

“Very satisfied with services. My dog went into another clinic for a routine spay that had a hiccup. She was fine but we were uncomfortable bringing her home due to her incision and was transferred. North Star took amazing care of her. No muzzles and they also listened to my concerns about her personality and catered to keep her stress level down. Amazing staff!!”

“The wait time that day was almost an hour and a half. I found out later that it was because they only had one doctor .When they called me in everyone was very nice. The doctor was very attentive. He asked questions but he also listened .He explained everything and made sure I understood. Great staff. Except for the wait time I would give 5 stars .”
