“I had been loyal to State Farm for over 16 years and switched to American Family a few months ago when my husband and I made an offer to purchase our first home. We also switched our car insurance and now save about $420 a year, compared to State Farm, for the same coverage. Someone is always able to answer the phone, they're local and super easy to connect with if it's needed, and they gave us a lot of choices in what\how much insurance everything has. For someones that don't know a whole lot about insurance and have never filed a claim (us), American Family was much easier to understand and definitely less expensive.
