“I got a new watch as a gift and the band needed to be sized. I looked up watch repair near me and found Lake Country Jewelry. This was truly a hidden gem. I was cordially greeted by one of the staff. She did an initial size and brought the watch back to Jeff, who took out a couple links. It needed a little more and Jeff had me come over to the window for another sizing. He made the required adjustments and it fits great. Jeff was very personable and we had a nice conversation as final adjustments were made. The store has some great jewelry and everyone there was great.
