After wandering the mall for a few minutes and getting quotes for watch battery replacements, I decided to search Yelp and found this gem. The store owner, Chris, was so knowledgeable and welcoming when I called him. He gave me clear directions on how to find his store and that they could easily replace the batteries on 2 watches that we needed fixed. His prices were significantly cheaper than anyone else that quoted me, and the batteries on 2 watches were replaced in 20 minutes (at most). In addition, Chris was so generous and spent extra care to make sure that we were satisfied with the service (even taking an extra few minutes to deep clean our watches, free of charge!). Our watches were in the best hands and we're forever customers with Chris!”
