After reading other reviews, situation I faced looks rare so I don't want to go too harsh on rating for one off situation especially when I know their side of the story now. BTW, I also received the item I ordered. Called them to check if they have a particular item in stock. They said yes. Went to their store in next 30 mins. They said "No we don't have the item in stock" so ordered item I was looking for by paying 100% in advance after they gave expected delivery date in 15 days. It is now 35 days since full payment and item is not yet arrived.”
