“Lola and her family are wonderful people. I am a neighbor and friend. With regards to the negative dog review by their neighbors who are "renters" by the way......and are up washing their Porsche before 6am..and smoking smelly cigars daily....need I say more.....that review should be dismissed as a person who HATES ANIMALS. Lola and her family support dog rescue organizations and to me that means they are loving, caring people with big hearts. They have several rescue dogs. Love seeing the dogs at the shop, all of which are friendly and loving pups!!! Not to mention, the shop is amazing. I love their style and am there often to check out the new merchandise. You will leave knowing that your purchase is timeless and stylish. I feel good knowing I am supporting our local shops!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish them only the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Amazing service and great, local feel. I took my wife's engagement ring in for a repair and received a reasonable quote and fast service. They finished it well ahead of the scheduled time. I was amazed at their knowledge as well. They guessed the age of the ring (approx 20 years) by the look of the diamond supports and were exactly right. The big stores don't offer this level of service or have staff with this kind of experience. Would highly recommend them.”

“I went to Barnes because the reviews were good and initially was somewhat concerned as the shop is somewhat messy and not as clean as I would like. However it was very clear as he evaluated my ring that he was knowledgeable and based on the reviews I had him put butterfly Springs into both my wedding band and engagement band. These work wonderfully and now my ring stay in place. I will go back to him for additional repair work. I saw some of his work and it's quite lovely. I encourage you not to be turned off by the storefront presentation. He has the skills to do good work at a very fair price”

“This place is FABulous! Paul is amazing. He has made two different pieces for me from and my family from scratch. And has fixed numerous things for me as well. My parents had their 60th wedding anniversary and I took some of my mom's jewelry in for them to use. My dad wanted a necklace pendant that said "60 years I love you" and It turned out to be a beautiful piece.”

“What great customer service this establishment has. I called to check what they had in stock for a particular event I was going to. I reached the assistant manager Elvia. She offered to pull several items including my shoes and have them waiting for me in a dressing room when I arrived. That's just what happened! I walked in and found everything I needed even shoes! She has excellent taste! I didn't have to take a trip to Walnut Creek. I was throughly impressed! The store was clean and tidy. Given they were having a huge sale I thought the place would be in disarray. Nope! The jewelry was even organized. I love the chandeliers that are hanging at the front entrance and dressing room! Very classy. Some stores have very cheap chandeliers that really takes away from the quality of their merchandise in my opinion. Definitely stop by and asked for Elvia”
