I was told that I would have to leave the watch for a few day so that they could order a part from Tag Heuer. They did not know how much Tag Heuer would charge. I really was hoping that I was not going to have to pay more for the repair than a new band would cost. Anyway, long story short...they found some spare parts that fit and fixed it perfectly...no charge! I sincerely appreciate how courteously and honestly I was treated. Thanks guys!”

One of my screw back diamond studs was STUCK in my ear; it had cross-threaded, and there was NO getting it off for mere mortals. Annmarie proved to be the super-jeweler I needed. She explained that it would have to be cut, but that they could easily and inexpensively clean it. I'm SO glad that I decided to take a chance at JC's, and I will certainly come back for both repairs and purchases--what a comfortable, delightful experience.”
