“Start to finish I had a phenomenal experience. I had actually reached out in about September of 2018 with the intent of making a purchase around then, but had to push it back close to 6 months because I had moved shortly thereafter. Despite that, the associate who helped me, Alex St. Pierre, was very friendly and incredibly helpful through the entire process. When I reached back out about 6 months after my initial visit, he remembered what I was looking for and had no hesitation to help. He made the process quick and easy, but was receptive to my questions. He kept everything in the price range I was looking for while not diminishing on quality. During my correspondence with Alex before actually making the purchase, he was able to find a few selections based on my price range and the quality I was looking for. When I came back for the second visit, he made things very easy and I was able to make a purchase right then. Setting up an appointment was easy and they responded quickly. I had few interactions with other staff members, but I was immediately greeted at the door in a friendly manner and an equally friendly exit. The store looks great as well, nothing but positive remarks all around.”

“Paid $20 for a watch battery replacement on a snapback watch. The swap was done in under a minute professionaly and with no damage to my watch and I was on my way. Very easy transaction. I have had a link swapped on my metal band watch for I think $25 before too, and I just had to leave it with them for 10-15 minutes and the watch was perfect (wasn't scratched or anything).”

“Went to go and just look at some rings ended up leaving with rings well mine my fiancee had to have his sized as well as mine ..just brought it in as this is a very expensive ring and full of diamonds ..got my ring back and as I'm walking out the door I notice one of my diamonds is plan sight missing I go back and the guy acts like it's not a problem which is really disturbing ...on top of that my fiance's ring got shipped out when it was supposed to be in the store and done with mine that same day as a customer we payed alot of money for high price rings I expect the guy sizing these rings to look over the ring and realize that is someone's life as this is my first wedding ...I give two starts to the older guy who sizes ...the gentleman and woman who has a beautiful accent we're amazing on helping us and i will be going back when there to have my ring looked at to make sure my diamonds are secure and to let them no of the careless mistake that one has made as I'm sure this isn't the first time”

I find that this store is a bit disorganized from other New York & Company stores. I often wonder if this store is closing because of the disarray. Unfortunately with their recent financial decline some large appliances were on back order as they can only keep so much in stock. If the appliance comes in it will be the 3rd over the years that they've received for free. Sales can be pretty good as well although they don't always have items I want. ????”

They were so helpful in working with my tight timeline and were great at keeping it a secret from my fiance that they were making her ring.
