“We happened to be in the area. It was such a beautiful day and we wanted to walk around and enjoy it. We knew of Ferrington Village, but hadn't been in the area for quite sometime, but yesterday we changed that. So many interesting shops. We wandered into Dovecote, my daughter and I, couldn't resist looking at all of the beautiful things they have there. My daughter and I were greeted 3 different times with wonderful big smiles and courteous despite our less than "pretty "attire (we had been at an outdoor clean up event at Jordan Lake) so sweatshirts & rainboots were our dress. Lovely store, staff and merchandise. I can't wait to go back with more time to actually shop!”

“I tried Husars Diamonds first, but was met over the phone with someone not really knowledgeable and not able to give me a good variety of options over the phone. Then I tried Robert Hack and the experience was 100% different. Leslie answered the phone and had amazing customer service, knowledge & understood I had a budget and shared options right over the phone to the point that it motivated me to literally go there that day and find our diamond! Leslie was ready for me and within 15 minutes found the perfect diamond within my budget! She went above and beyond to help me with all my questions, including figuring out a better place to insure my diamond, as I wasn’t satisfied with my current agency. When I came back a week later to pick up the diamond, Leslie, greeted me like I was her only customer! She even introduced me to the owner, who is there, and we had a great conversation about business, since we are both business owners. They were great when I needed help with my nose piercing (a labret works, mine's pierced with an unusually large gauge). The woman working here this time was so nice (I wish I remembered her name). She was busy piercing lots of ears, but she continually checked up on me while I browsed and we even shared some funny stories and chit chat with eachother. They always make you feel happy, even if you're like me and malls give you serious anxiety!”
