He ran out to his truck, grabbed a bucket of supplies and did a spot treatment on our floors to show what he would do to the entire floor and explained it as he went. Extremely personable, extremely professional and hard working. We knew he would be the one we chose, so a month or so later we had Chris come out and do our floors. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. the homeowners before us had waxed the ceramic tile (shouldn't have done that) and it started to peel up and leave marks all over our floors. now they look amazing and perfect thanks to Chris. If anyone needs their floors done he is reliable and the price was so much better than any other quote we got, and he didn't have to use harsh chemicals.”

“I had a suit that was stained during travel thanks to a United Airlines mishap (a different review for another day). I arrived in NJ on Friday morning and needed the suit sorted by Saturday morning at 11a. Every place I called said they were 'done' dry cleaning for the week except for Mason's. I showed up at 4pm on Friday and explained my situation and not only was the stain removed by 11a the next day (Saturday) but the price I had to pay was minimal considering how little time their was to perform the service. You saved my suit and for this I am eternally grateful! MANY thanks, HIGHLY recommend.”

“One of our dogs got into a package that was delivered while we were on vacation. That package happened to contain printer ink cartridges. Long-story-short... ink went everywhere, including the carpet. My heart sank when I saw the biggest spot: a dark blue blotch the size of a dinner plate in our living room. I called Adrian at La Center Carpet Cleaning and sent him some pictures of the spots. He came out within a couple of days and spent over an hour working to get the stains out. Low-and-behold, the blue stain had returned by the next morning! I contacted Adrian and he promptly setup a time to come back and work on it again. After another 1.5 hours, about half of the remaining stain lifted and Adrian is coming back one last time to (hopefully) get the rest of it out. All of this for around $100. While I wish my dog hadn't done the deed to begin with, at least this cleanup experience has been easy and valuable. I highly recommend this service! UPDATE: Adrian eventually got the entire stain out. That is some serious customer service.”

“We had a leak in the basement of our office building and called Icon Property Rescue. They were out within an hour and started working on our water cleanup right away. They were professional, super attentive, nice, easy to work with and quick! They left the fans there to dry out the carpet for a few days and came back to check on them.
