He quoted me a very fair price to clean our carpets, a throw rug and tile. He was very personable and definitely not pushy at all. He and Brad took great care with our furniture and was very thorough during the cleaning process. Our carpets which are about 20 years old look new again and the tiles have never been cleaner. But all in all, it's nice, there also is a staff person if you have trouble. Great little/big clean laundromat! OH BTW {by-the-way} I would like to add that if you ask the staff, they will give you the password for their WI Fi ! And that is pretty darned important these days. Trust and honesty, leads to loyalty AND that saves your mobil data, and ME coming back!! Let's face it, there is no FUN in the word laundry, so if something as simple as a password helps save a few pennies, makes the JOB just a wee bit more pleasant, it's a win win situation!! = )”

“Did your washing machine die and your waiting on the repair man? Or maybe you have that king size comforter you just can't wash at home. We had laundry piling up while waiting on repairs. Taylorsville laundromat was advertised as new ownership, new equipment. We spent a Saturday night here taking care of our laundry. It was clean, every machine was operable. There are several laundry carts to help you transport your loads. Counter at the front and back for folding, sorting, chilling. They have regular size machines and two each industrial washer/dryers. These are huge and will hold multiple oversized comforters. They have a convenient dollar to change machine that accepts up to a $20 bill. We were able to get our laundry done without any issues. There were no owners, employees present. They are open 24 hours. We will be back whenever we need to wash oversized items.”

“Sung at Brite cleaners helped me out in a pinch today. My students have a recital tonight, and my jacket looked like a wrinkled mess. Almost every place I called told me there was nothing they can do, which is understandable. I was too late for the cutoff, and I would not be able to get my jacket dry cleaned and ready today. When I called Brite cleaners I fully expected the answer to be the same, which it was. Then Sung did something that no one else did. He suggested the next best thing. He told me to come in ASAP and he would steam the jacket for me. Within about 5 minutes I had my jacket back looking 10 times more presentable than it did earlier in the day. I asked him how much I owed him, and he said not to worry about it. Sung went above and beyond for me today. They gained a customer as well. Great place!!”
