The choice was send the couch back without a timeline for a replacement, or keep the broken couch. I was devastated, to say the least. Until A & JAD's came to the rescue. Jad, the owner, was friendly and personable. He quoted me a reasonable price and together with his assistant, Henry, restored the broken piece to better than new.
