He explained exactly what he was going to do and what the process was. He was very professional and was was very personable. We had used other services in the past they were able to remove many of the stains that were here when we bought this place. Generations was able to remove almost all of the stains that remained from previous cleanings. We were planning on replacing the carpet in another 2 years as the budget allows.
