She informed me they would do their best to remove the multiple red ink stains (left a red pen in my shirt pocket doing laundry at home) that had been washed and dried. I had no success using Carbona Stain Devils for ink, I thought I would have to throw away both shirts. When I arrived to pick up the shirts I was greeted by two associates who were extremely pleasant. The stains were gone!!! I had a personalized thank you card attached, what a wonderful personal touch!!! The owner of the business thanking me for trusting his establishment with my clothing care needs.
