He walked through with me and my husband to explain the process. He shared some additional maintenance tips and completed the job efficiently despite us chatting w him 😀. We were amazed w the video he took of the results. Jeff, who cleaned our carpet was able to come earlier than planned (just after ducts cleaned) which freed up half my day! He quickly assessed the pet issues and explained the cleaning process. He then helped move some furniture and efficiently completed the cleaning. Highly impressed by both!”

“This store has earned my trust. I got some stains on a bridesmaid dress a few days before a wedding and brought the dress to Enatai praying the stains would come out in time. This manager was upfront with the prices and was able to spot clean it in a day. When I picked up the dress, I found a new stain in a different spot, so the owner cleaned the spot before I left. The stain was still there the next day, so I brought it back, and the manager got the stain out. He never charged me extra. After hearing horror stories about dry cleaners, I'm glad I found these guys!”
