I think some people may be put off that it is a small dry cleaner. I think the service they provide is authentic and they the prices are fair. Plus they are quick which is a bonus! She always remembers my daughter and me, very friendly, and I’ve never had issues with their work. I’ve been going there for five years or so and take all my business clothing there. I’ve never seen her act badly with other customers either, but whatever, I’m sure everyone that had a problem was very courteous and polite with her and it was only her freaking out right?”
