“USA Carpet Care & 24 Hr Flood Service really saved us. We had a waterheater broke and the lead managed to get into two of the closest bedroom. We managed to drain the heater but there was still possible water damage. We called Mark and Bianca and they came through in a pinch and took the time to assess possible damage and use up-to-date tech to ensure mold did not take hold. Over the next few days, they returned to ensure that moisture collecting was taking place and that water damage was minimum. The company we hired to install another water heater (through home depot) told us we should get a "restoration company" to rip out the walls and redo a lot of work. Mark did us a solid and referred us to a local handyman that installed the water heater, a drip tray, and a drain (to ensure it wouldn't happen again (and at a fraction of the cost). Thanks Mark and Bianca! I wish I could give your company 6 STARS!!!”

“I found out recently that Lone Star will launder comforters as bundle service, AND they will pick up and deliver for five bucks. It doesn't get much better than that! We had four comforters that I didn't want to have dry cleaned for $40-$50 each, given that they're all washable and we probably didn't pay that much for any of them in the first place. I booked a bundle service appointment online, they picked up the items, they emailed me an invoice shortly afterward (which I was able to pay online and add a driver tip), and then delivered the comforters back to me the same day. Grand total: $54. I didn't have to give up my Saturday sitting in a laundromat, I stayed safely at home, and our comforters are fresh and clean. WORTH EVERY PENNY. I highly recommend for Lone Star's bundle service and will definitely use them again, especially for large items that do not fit in my washing machine.”
