“When my wife and I sold our house a few years ago, we commissioned Heavenly Scent to clean the place, including the carpeting and tile floors. They did an excellent job on everything and were most accommodating in meeting our deadlines for the sale. When we moved in to our new home, we turned again to Heavenly Scent for routine service. Their prices were competitive and their flexibility in establishing a schedule that met our needs was much appreciated. Over the years (and in many homes) my wife and I have used numerous house-cleaning services but none can match the results we have experienced during every visit with Heavenly Scent. The crews we’ve had are not only impressively thorough and attentive to detail, but they are always friendly and professional. The same can be said of the staff at Heavenly Scent HQ; they remind us about pending service a few days before and have always been courteous and accommodating. The crews work quietly (aside from vacuum cleaners, I hardly notice they are here) and, when they are finished, every surface in the house — from bookshelves to counters to mirrors to floors — is spotless. And the house smells as clean as it looks! In case anyone is wondering about COVID-19 relative to Heavenly Scent’s services, they have implemented precautions following guidelines from the CDC to ensure both customers and crews are safe and it’s clear that Heavenly Scent takes this issue seriously, which I’ve witnessed personally as the cleaning crews go about their business. In these upside-down times, peace-of-mind is as valuable as quality service. Considering the reasonable price, ideal scheduling, excellent crews, and responsive business staff, I cannot recommend Heavenly Scent enough.”

“These guys are great! Just picked up a comforter that was full of stains, including two stains that were left over from the last drycleaner I took the comforter to, and ALL THE STAINS ARE GONE! All of them. The price was a little more than the last place, but--obviously--totally worth it. Also, they are super friendly and didn't pass an ounce of judgment. I mean that seriously. I was pretty embarrassed taking in such a filthy comforter, but the guy brings me the comforter and says, "All the stains are gone!" And I didn't feel an ounce of judgement. He was just super proud of his work. You gotta love that. This place seems to have a newer dry cleaning machine. You can see it. (The other place's was hidden... can't remember what that place was, which was part of why we tried a new place.) Anyway, very happy. Totally clean. Boom!”

“I started coming to this dry cleaner because it was the closest one to my apartment. I now drive out from Bexley to have my clothes cleaned here. For me, it's worth the drive because everyone that works here is incredibly warm and welcoming. They make you feel like you're getting very personal attention. An even bigger draw for me is their attention to detail. I'm a teacher and at the end of every year, I get notes from students that I find very meaningful and that I keep stored at home. I'll often tuck these notes into the pockets of my vest after reading them. At the end of this past year I took all my vests in to be dry cleaned and foolishly forgot to check the pockets. I was mortified when I realized I'd left two notes in their pockets. I was sure they'd be lost forever. However, when I picked up my vests I found an envelope attached with the notes safe inside. I don't think any other dry cleaner would have saved those. Columbus Lace has a customer for life in me.”
